The hotel exceeded all my expectations, with its amazing new building and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff provided impeccable hospitality and were extremely friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the room was very nice. The TV in the room was mind-blowing - it was integrated into a mirror! The small pool with warm water was a super addition after a long drive. The hotel's luxurious feel was complemented by the friendly and professional staff. The cigar humidor at the bar was a jaw-dropping surprise, and the spa section in the basement was extremely comfortable. The clean and well-decorated room added to the overall positive experience.

The hotel has an excellent and favorable location in the middle of Jackson. There are a variety of great options for meals. The location is near the airport, the center, and Kosovo. The hotel has a nice pool and parking on site. There is no charge for wake up service and ironing, too.

I have never written a hotel review before. I had to make a last minute reservation at the Venus Hotel in Pristina as my daughter was landing at 02:00 due to a very delayed flight. Not only did they arrange for a taxi to pick her up so late but they personally called me when the driver couldn’t find her. I am beyond grateful for this level of service. I can sleep well tonight!

I recently stayed at Venus Hotel for a night during my trip to Pristina. The breakfast was delicious, the room was beautiful, and the TV in the room was truly impressive - it was integrated into a mirror! The small pool with warm water was a perfect way to unwind after a long drive. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel itself is luxurious and the spa section in the basement was a cozy retreat. I was pleasantly surprised to find a cigar humidor on the hotel bar.
Would recommend this hotel.

Loved the spa, especially the indoor pool and sauna. The Thai massage was heavenly. The breakfast was scrumptious. They really know how to pamper their guests.
Attempted room invasion and no breakfast was served. So much for comfort and satisfaction being their top priorities.

This hotel offers exclusive amenities that make it a luxurious stay. the spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room are all top, notch. the garden area provides a serene and peaceful atmosphere, while the leisure/TV room offers a comfortable space to unwind. the restaurant serves delectable dishes, and the in, room breakfast is a great perk.
The location is a bit far from the city centre, but this allows for a quiet and serene atmosphere. the only minor issue was the lack of complimentary water and coffee sachets, but they were available for purchase at a reasonable price.

Spent Christmas at a hotel and had a great experience. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel at home. the breakfast had a wide and tasty selection, and we were pleasantly surprised by the complimentary Christmas cookies and hot cocoa they offered. the location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and great restaurants nearby. Not to mention the cozy fireplace in the lobby that made us feel extra festive.
The gym was a bit underwhelming, but we were too busy exploring the city to care. the shuttle service to the airport was expensive and not as convenient as we expected.

Though the hotel is a bit far from the main attraction, it is conveniently located close to the airport. the room was spacious and modern, with a beautifully designed bathroom. Breakfast was tasty, and the hotel had great facilities to relax in after a long day of work.
The sound insulation in the room could have been better.

The hotel's decoration was charming, with elegant decor and a warm ambiance that made me feel right at home. The general areas were well-maintained, providing a pleasant environment to relax and socialize with fellow guests. Additionally, the hotel had excellent accessibility for senior people, with easy navigation and provisions made to ensure our comfort and satisfaction.
It would have been even better if there were more activities and amenities specifically catered towards senior guests. The children working there were friendly and helpful, but I would have appreciated if they had more options or services tailored to our needs.
